Return/Refund Policy:
Customers may return merchandise for a refund (less 30% restocking charge) wihin 30 days after the date of purchase. The customer must receive a return authorization number (RMA) prior to shipping. The product must be new and unused with all original packaging to be eligible. Please send an email using the contact form to ask for a Return Authorization Number. The reply will give you all shipping instructions. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and if the product is shipped back C.O.D. the charges will be deducted from the refund less the restocking charges.
Warranty:
All warranties must be handled direct with the manufacturer. Warranty returns and exchanges should be performed by calling the manufacturer directly, following their procedures and obtaining a manufacturers' return authorization number (RMA).
